- Appreciation Meditation (20:09)
I was visiting a meadow in a nearby regional park. At the time of my visit, new grasses had sprouted and were about 3 inches tall already! They smelled wonderful and, oh, how vibrant the green was as the sun shone on the meadow! As I sat there in awe, in appreciation and rapture, I felt this overwhelming and wonderful joy bursting forth from within. I felt tickled all inside of me, and I laughed. I found myself in appreciation of everything in life. I was in love with and welcoming of all. A gentle peace enveloped me while my body was buzzing from the intense and powerful joy flowing through me. I felt soft, open and glorious, all at once! Yes, life IS beautiful and glorious indeed! I am inspired, as a direct result from that experience, to create this meditation audio to help you resonate easily with the delightful vibrational state of appreciation. I hope you enjoy it!
