All of our negative emotions have a message for us. The more intense the negative emotion, the more important the subject matter is to us. The negative emotion itself is indicating that we are holding thoughts that are creating something we don't want.

So, if you can turn yourself around and allow your fear to inform you of what you truly want, you can stop the downward spiral and the endless worry. Take the first step and feel the relief.

Allow the crisis to turn into an opportunity to discover what you really need and take the responsibility for getting it met. Allow yourself to be guided by an unfolding inner purpose and bring forth the potential of your deeper Self. Take the steps to open up to new opportunities and allow life to support you. In this teleclass, we will:

• help you clarify what your fears are telling you about what you need to create or face
• make the present moment of NOW the beginning of your new creation
• take the time to see and appreciate all the good that is in your life
• release the resistance to seizing this healing opportunity

Please note that I will not be teaching EFT tapping points in the class, so you will need to be already familiar with EFT and the tapping points prior to joining this teleclass.
